How much does bulk water delivery cost in Wellington?+
We don't advertise standard prices — costs vary by volume, distance, and site access. Contact us for a fast, accurate quote. Most enquiries get a response the same day.
How much water can you deliver in one trip?+
Our fleet includes tankers ranging from small rigid trucks up to heavy combination units. Most residential deliveries are 6,000–10,000 litres per load. Multiple loads can be arranged for larger requirements.
Do you deliver to rural and hard-to-access properties?+
Yes. We operate 4WD vehicles specifically for difficult terrain, steep access, and remote rural sites. We regularly service properties across the Remutaka ranges, rural Wairarapa, Kapiti hill areas, and beyond.
Do you fill swimming pools?+
Yes. Pool filling is one of our most common residential services. Contact us with your pool volume and address for a fast quote.
What areas do you deliver water to?+
Wellington City, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast, Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston, and South Wairarapa. North Island contracts available on request.

Hydrovac
What is Hydrovac excavation?+
Hydrovac is a non-destructive digging method using high-pressure water to break up soil and an industrial vacuum to remove the slurry. Safer, faster, and more precise than mechanical excavation — especially around underground utilities.
Is Hydrovac safe around underground services?+
Yes — significantly safer than mechanical digging. Water pressure is controlled precisely with no risk of cutting damage from a mechanical bucket or blade.
Are you certified for civil work?+
Yes. We hold SiteSafe, Totika, Safe365, and ISN certifications — all required for civil and commercial project work in New Zealand.

Are you MPI certified for milk transport?+
Yes. Bulk Milk Transport Ltd is an MPI National Programme certified operator — the required certification for raw milk transport in New Zealand.
Do you collect from smaller or remote farms?+
Yes — this is one of our specialties. We specifically serve smaller and boutique dairy producers who need reliable, flexible collection. Larger operators often overlook small and remote farms. We don't.
Do you transport sheep and goat milk?+
Yes. We provide dedicated transport for sheep and goat milk producers — a growing specialty sector in New Zealand. We offer flexible pickup schedules and food-grade temperature-controlled tankers.

Do you hire out tankers for civil projects?+
Yes. We hire tankers for road, rail, and civil construction projects. Our fleet includes a range of sizes and configurations — including 4WD vehicles for sites with difficult access. Contact us with your project requirements and we will advise the best option.
Can you supply temporary water for a construction site?+
Yes. Temporary water supply is one of our most common civil services. We can deliver and maintain regular water supply to construction sites throughout the project duration, with flexible scheduling to suit your build programme.
Do you do pipeline chlorination and testing?+
Yes. We provide water for pipeline chlorination, flushing, and pressure testing for new and refurbished water mains. Our team understands the requirements for potable water pipeline commissioning in New Zealand.
Can you supply water for blasting operations?+
Yes. We supply water for dust suppression and blasting support on civil and quarrying projects. Contact us with your volumes and schedule and we will arrange reliable delivery.

Can you supply water for our festival or event?+
Yes. We provide bulk water delivery and on-site management for events of all sizes — from small community markets to large multi-day festivals. Contact us with your event date, location, and estimated attendance for a quote.
Do you hire out hydration stations?+
Yes. We have "Hydrate Feel Great" branded hydration stations and BWT water trailers available for hire. Ideal for sporting events, festivals, and markets.
How much water do I need for my event?+
A general guide is 2-4 litres per person per day for drinking water at outdoor events. For events with food stalls, toilet facilities, or hot weather, this increases significantly. Contact us with your expected attendance and event duration and we will recommend the right volume.
Can you provide water for a fun run or triathlon?+
Yes — sporting events are a specialty. We can set up multiple water stations along a course, provide bulk supply at a finish line, and supply branded hydration trailers. Contact us early as sporting events often require advance route planning.

Septic & Tank Cleaning
How often should I have my septic tank pumped out?+
For a typical residential household, every 3-5 years is the standard recommendation. However, this varies significantly based on tank size, household size, and usage. We can advise the right interval for your specific setup after inspecting your tank.
What are the signs my septic tank needs pumping?+
Key signs include slow draining sinks or toilets, gurgling sounds in plumbing, sewage odours around the tank or drain field, and unusually lush grass growth over the drain field. If you notice any of these, contact us promptly — leaving a full tank too long can cause costly damage.
Do you clean water storage tanks?+
Yes. We clean and sanitise water storage tanks for residential and rural properties. Regular tank cleaning removes sediment, algae, and bacteria to ensure your stored water is safe and clean. We recommend cleaning every 2-3 years for most residential tanks.
Can you access difficult rural properties?+
Yes. We operate 4WD vehicles for properties with difficult access — including steep driveways, muddy rural tracks, and remote sites. If you are unsure whether we can reach your property, call us and describe the access — we will be upfront about what is possible.
